Quotes

Quotes are based on the device details and condition you provide and on current market pricing. A quote is an estimate, not a final offer — the final price is confirmed after our agent inspects the device at pickup. If the device's condition differs from what was described, we will provide a revised offer which you are free to accept or decline.

Pickup & payment

We offer free home or office pickup across the UAE. On collection, our agent verifies the device and, once you accept the confirmed offer, pays you the same day. If you decline, the device is returned to you at no cost.

Your responsibilities

• Ensure you are the legal owner of the device and entitled to sell it.
• Back up your data, sign out of all accounts (including Find My / activation lock), and factory reset the device before handover.
• Provide accurate device and contact information.

Data security

We securely erase all data from purchased devices using certified methods. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Liability & governing law

To the fullest extent permitted by law, iBuyYourPhone is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing here limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable law. These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
